What we collect

This site does not ask you to create an account and has no contact forms. We do not collect your name, address or payment details.

Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, the page requested, the time, the referring page and your browser's user agent — which we use to keep the site running and to detect abuse.

Phone calls

The phone number in the block marked Sponsored is a tracked number operated by our advertising partner. If you call it, the partner and the contractor who answers will see your phone number and may record the call for quality and billing purposes. We receive aggregate reporting on those calls — call volume, duration and which city page the call came from. We do not receive recordings. We do not sell your phone number.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

Business listing data

Listings describe businesses, not private individuals, and are compiled from public records: state contractor license registers and OpenStreetMap. If you are a business owner and want your listing corrected or removed, email [email protected].

Your rights

If you are in a jurisdiction with data protection rights such as access, correction or deletion, contact us at the address above and we will respond.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
